Job Description
The Role
This role is integral to the ongoing success and retention of our customers, and the competitiveness of our software products. This includes four key areas:
- Knowledge on Product quality and support
- Knowledge on Continuous improvement
- On Knowledge Industry and domain
What you will be doing
- Software product development
- Gather, understand, and document customers' business needs by directly engaging customers, working with implementation teams, Product Managers, and programming teams.
- Create technical designs based on functional designs, including use cases, mockups, process and data flow diagrams, etc.
- Guide development team to ensure development is completed per requirements, on time, meeting performance benchmarks, and with quality.
- Create and update product-related documentation and training material promptly. Provide training during new team member onboarding and when new features are delivered.
- Ability to solve complex problems (business process, functional and system), understanding the bigger picture and priorities to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Product quality and support
- Identify factors impacting quality and mitigate potential risks.
- Leverage internal programs to deliver product features with the highest quality.
- Engage in customer support issues, analyze and triage issues. Guide development team to deliver resolution per Service Level Agreement.
- Continuous improvement
- Embrace our Continuous Improvement culture in all aspects of product management: feature sets, quality, utilization, competitiveness in the market place, customer success, etc.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve customer success throughout sales and go live process, and on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain focus on reducing support issues. Eliminate product bugs and reduce training-related issues by providing intuitive feature sets.
- Grow development team to advance their technical and analytic skills.
- Industry and domain
- Under the guidance of Business Unit Leader and Product Manager, move the product forward based on company vision and industry trends.
- Develop skills in line with Industry and help Product Manager in developing the product to industry standards
