Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Consultant - Operations Excellence and Industrial Engineering to support performance improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations. The role involves conducting time and motion studies, analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing lean and Six Sigma tools to drive productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
This is a dynamic position that provides the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects, support strategic initiatives, and gain exposure to real-world industrial engineering practices and operations consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct time & motion studies, VSM, and VA/NVA analysis

Support semi-automation and poka-yoke implementations
-
Assist in SOP development and training

Track productivity and operator efficiency metrics
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Industrial/Production/Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Line Balancing

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
-
Strong analytical and communication skills
