We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about concept art, creative design, minimal motion graphics, packaging, and print advertising. You'll work closely with the creative team to bring bold, smart ideas to life across multiple mediums.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concept visuals and moodboards to support campaign ideas
Design for packaging, print ads, and branding materials with a strong focus on minimal aesthetics
Create short motion graphics and animated assets for digital platforms
Assist with layout design for editorial and marketing materials
Prepare final files for both print and digital execution
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative visual concepts
Software Skills (Required):Adobe Photoshop – for photo editing and concept art
Software Skills (Required):Adobe Photoshop – for photo editing and concept art
Adobe Illustrator – for vector design and packaging layout
Adobe Premiere Pro – for video editing and basic cutdowns
Adobe After Effects – for minimal animation and motion graphics
We’re seeking candidates who:
Have completed a design-related degree (e.g., Communication Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent)

Possess a strong portfolio that reflects a keen eye for minimalism, layout, and creative storytelling
Have experience (academic or internship-based) working on design deliverables across branding, editorial, or motion
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset
Are fluent in English (written and spoken) for internal team collaboration
Reside in or are willing to relocate to Mumbai (as this a hybrid role with 2 working days in a month)
