About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing & Content Creator to work closely with our video production team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about social media, content creation, and video storytelling and want hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Work with the video team to plan and execute content ideas
*Assist in creating short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, etc.)
*Write captions, scripts, and basic storyboards for videos
*Upload videos and manage social media pages
*Schedule posts and track engagement (likes, views, comments)
*Support marketing campaigns and content calendars
*Research trending video formats and social media trends
Required Skills:
*Interest in social media and digital marketing
*Basic understanding of video content and storytelling
*Good writing skills (captions, scripts, simple content ideas)
*Comfortable working with creative teams (editors, designers, video team)
*Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus
*Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility:
Any Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Media, Visual Communication, Film Studies, or related fields
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months experience can apply
