Job Description
The Junior Electrician supports senior staff in electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations. They assist with day-to-day tasks, handle minor electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform basic repairs on wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Follow instructions from senior electricians or maintenance supervisors.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels and equipment.
- Maintain tools and ensure the work area is clean and safe.
- Record and report any issues or breakdowns.
- Comply with safety regulations and protocols.
- Support emergency maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical (or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and safety practices.
