Job Description:

To prepare, coordinate and monitor the technical aspects and planning requirements of the project with the objective of ensuring progress is meeting targets.
To coordinate and liaise with Construction Managers, Site teams, Subcontractors to plan and monitor the status and progress of construction works.
Assisting as appropriate in various elements of contract administration.
Recording and collating documentation relevant to time-related contractual claims both with client and subcontractors.
To prepare and issue program updates as required for internal and client reporting IN ORDER TO ensure progress is in line with planned objective.
Preparation and revision updating of the Preliminary Construction Program, Construction programs, stage programs and weekly programs as appropriate.
