Educational Qualification :
(a) For Junior Engineer under PHE & UD :- 3(three) years Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
(b) For Junior Engineer under PHE UD & RWD:- 3(three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering/Agricultural Engineering/Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 & GP Rs.4200/-
Age : 18-30 yrs as on 20.04.2018.
Method of Selection : The eligible candidate will have to appear in written examination in the following subjects followed by Viva-voce/Interview to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be finalized.
(i) Compulsory paper
(a) General English - Maximum marks = 100
(b) General Knowledge - Maximum marks = 100
(ii) Technical paper (Civil Engineering) Maximum marks = 100
(iii) Interview/Personality test Maximum marks = 40
Total marks = 340
The candidate who secured a minimum of 33% or more marks in each written examination papers and 45% or more marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for lnterview/Viva-voce test. On the other hand, it will further mean that selection for Viva-voce shall be based on the aggregate total marks secured In the written examination papers and subject to ratio of 1:3. The candidates securing less than 33 % of marks in any of written examination paper shall not be eligible for appearing in the Viva-voce.
Fee : Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.100 for APST candidates and Rs.160 for Non-APST candidates through online.
