The Company has obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 15.10.2003. The Company has, however, started commercial function w.e.f. 1st April, 2005. The Company is engaged in distribution of electricity in 7 districts namely Bharuch, Narmada, Surat (except part of Surat City),Tapi, Dangs, Navsari and Valsad in South Gujarat.
