Job Description

  • Installs and repairs hardware.
  • Loads and verifies software packages.
  • Supports any resource on projects as assigned.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves enduser issues.
  • Installs and configures PC/Peripherals.
  • Performs basic level of support for users on IT baseline apps.
  • Provides Training and technical assistance.
  • Follows all procedures around the ISS security policy.
  • Escalates and resolves ticket to SLA.
  • Monitors the Service Desk system.
  • Provides End user training and technical assistance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Verify warranty of assets procured by clients.
