- Desktop support Engineer L1,Sr L1 (Fresher and upto 1 year Experience)
- Needs to have a sound knowledge of Windows OS\Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good knowledge of Workstation Basic Knowledge of CAD software s Hardware &
- Networking components.
- Good English Communication.
- Basically he will be responsible for Desktop/Laptop activity,
- Operating system related problem,
- Mail application like outlook express,
- Assigned call attendance & report to helpdesk with closer details.
- Escalate to senior level if problem beyond scope.
