Job Description

High-Precision Machine Operation & Setup: Support the operation, setup, and maintenance of advanced machinery, including CNC, VMC, Traub, and Cold Forging Presses. This role is critical for ensuring the quality output of our new strategic component lines. * Process Monitoring & Control: Maintain rigorous control over key manufacturing variables (e.g., tooling geometry, dimensional parameters, thermal stability) to ensure parts conform to drawing specifications (±0.05 mm tolerance). * Preventive & Corrective Action: Rapidly diagnose and address minor technical issues, tool wear, and machine alarms. Initiate and document immediate corrective actions to minimize rejection rates and downtime. * Quality Integration: Work directly with the Quality team (Assurance & Control) to integrate real-time quality checks into the production flow, focusing on the first-time-right principle. * Professional Development: Actively engage in training for upcoming standards (e.g., AS9100/IATF 16949) and demonstrate a clear capacity for upward mobility within the Production/Maintenance departments. * Documentation: Maintain comprehensive daily reports on production output, process deviations, and machine health.
