3) Minimum Graduation
4) having experience as a secretary for senior management in a company
5) Good command of English
6) Should be well conversant with computers
7) Should be a go-getter and highly energetic
8) Should be able to travel outside Delhi and country
9) Proven work experience as a secretary to CEO/MD/Chairman
10) Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
11) Should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint presentation, etc.
12) Will have to manage the complete schedule and program of the CEO
13) Willing to perform admin responsibilities.
14) Manage emails and appointments
15) Coordinate with the other staff members for MIS reporting/ review meetings
16) May be required to travel with CEO to outstation places for meetings
17) Preparing communications
18) Preparing tour programs, expenditure details of CEO, Travel coordination
19) Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
20) Support and facilitate the compilation of regular reports.

Bachelor's Degree
Post-Graduation Preferable
