Junior Executive HR at Bangalore Peenya location for 3 years contract.
Responsible for end to end process of Team Lease employees.
Responsible for employee benefit administration of Team Lease Employees.
Maintaining the employee movement records
Responsible for Employee Benefit administration of MMT Employees (Non-Monetary Benefits like Medical GMC, GPA, WC and other.)
Assisting MMT-Onboarding Process.
Employee Records & Personnel Database and typing of all HR related documents
