Job Description
- Generate Retail Health business through Agents
- Identifying and Recruiting Potential Health Agents on regular basis
- Managing the Health Agents Team & Tracking Activation of Agents regularly
- Handling the Health Retail Products like Health, P.A. & Travel.
- Train & Motivate the agents/advisors and ensuring their productivity.
- Drive them to generate business & follow up is critical requirement.
- Maintaining Relationship with Health Agents.
- Meet Agents on regular basis & maintaining records in a planned manner.
- Coordinating with other internal departments such as Operations, U/W, Claims.
