Job Description
Junior Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team with campaign adaptations, digital creatives, and vendor coordination. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse campaigns and grow within a dynamic retail environment.
Introduction
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a good understanding of design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard tools to create visual content for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design Development & Creativity

Assist in creating visual concepts, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms.

Develop creative assets including social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and infographics.

Work on brand-specific designs that align with the company’s tone, identity, and marketing goals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for campaigns.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Creatives

Design engaging visuals for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create advertisements, promotional banners, and video thumbnails.

Ensure that all creatives are optimized for various devices and maintain high visual quality.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media aesthetics.
3. Branding & Identity Design

Support the senior designer in developing logos, packaging, and brand identity materials.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Prepare brand-specific guidelines to ensure uniformity in colors, typography, and visual elements.

Assist in redesigning existing materials to align with updated branding strategies.
4. Print & Offline Collaterals

Create designs for flyers, brochures, catalogues, business cards, and posters.

Prepare print-ready files by ensuring accurate color modes, resolutions, and dimensions.

Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality outputs.

Review final proofs before production to ensure error-free designs.
5. Motion Graphics & Video Editing (Optional)

Assist in creating short video animations, GIFs, and motion graphics.

Support the video editing team with basic video overlays, titles, and transitions.

Contribute creative ideas for interactive content to improve audience engagement.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to execute creative projects.

Take feedback positively from senior designers and incorporate changes quickly.

Maintain proper coordination with the digital marketing team to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns.

Learn and adapt to new software tools and design technologies.
7. Asset Management & Documentation

Organize and maintain a library of design templates, stock images, and visual assets.

Ensure proper documentation and naming conventions for easy accessibility.

Keep track of project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all design materials.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is an added advantage.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and web-based creative tools.

Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Creative & Analytical Skills
