For the post of Junior HR and Admin Executive.
Job Description: Managing employee records, overseeing recruitment and on boarding processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Recruitment and On boarding: Coordinating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and managing the on boarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.
Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training records.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Payroll and Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing, managing employee benefits programs, and handling related inquiries
Administration:
Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office operations.
Communications: Handling internal and external communications, including drafting memos, announcements, and other correspondence.
Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and other special occasions.
Record Keeping: Maintaining both physical and digital records related to HR and administrative functions.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications: A Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is
typically the minimum educational requirement for a Junior HR and Admin Executive
position. Employers may also look for relevant experience (often 3-5
years) and HR certifications. Strong communication, organizational, and
problem-solving skills are also required.
