Job Description

Recruit manpower, prepare and maintance of attendace, statutory records, time card maintenance of policies and co-ordinate audit of support, admin and preparation of report from excel, canteen datas entry and monitoring, 
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Assist in posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. 
  • Employee record management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and organized. 
  • Payroll and benefits administration: Help with payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring timely distribution of payslips. 
  • Compliance and policy implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws, and help communicate policy changes to employees. 
  • Employee relations and engagement: Respond to employee inquiries, help resolve workplace conflicts, and assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities. 
  • Training and development: Support the organization of training programs and help identify employee development needs. 
  • Administrative support: Handle general HR administration, prepare official letters, and maintain HR information systems (HRIS).
