JOB SUMMARY  We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive for our Thane, Mumbai location. This role is essential in managing key HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and hiring top talent, coordinating training programs, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior HR Executive to join our team in Thane, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment efforts, managing 70% of their time sourcing and hiring top talent. Additionally, they will contribute to our employee development initiatives by supporting learning and development programs (20%) and assist with payroll processing and administration (10%).  

o RECRUITMENT (70%): 
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. 
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social platforms, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g., referrals, networking events). 
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. 
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. 
• Assist in the negotiation and preparation of employment offers. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate statuses.    

o LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (20%): 
• Support the design and implementation of training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs. 
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, participant registration, and materials preparation. 
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis. 
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions. 
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance program effectiveness.  

o PAYROLL (10%): 
• Assist in the payroll process, including data collection, verification, and processing. 
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. 
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. 
• Collaborate with the finance department for payroll reconciliations and reporting. 
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and deductions.  

DESIRED SKILLS 
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) software. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and employees. 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.  
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in India. 
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment preferred. 
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Ability to learn and grasp new concepts and technologies quickly 
• Organized, systematic and analytical approach towards assigned work 
• Ability to execute delegation and mentoring. 
• Forward planning, strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making.
