Position Title: Junior Interior Designer

Job Overview: The Junior Interior Designer is responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of clients. This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing design projects, considering factors such as spatial functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints.

Qualification: B. Arch (preferred)

Experience: 1-3yrs (preferred)

Auto CAD, Enscape, Sketchup, Lumion, 3d max, Rendering.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Conduct initial meetings with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Maintain regular communication throughout the project to update clients on progress and gather feedback.
Concept Development: Develop design concepts that align with client expectations and project goals.
Create mood boards, sketches, and presentations to illustrate design ideas.
Space Planning: Plan and arrange interior spaces for optimal functionality, traffic flow, and spatial efficiency.
Consider the purpose of the space and the specific needs of the occupants.
Material and Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and color schemes that align with the design concept.
Consider factors such as durability, maintenance, and cost.
Furniture Selection and Customization: Select furniture that complements the overall
