Job Description
- Vetting, negotiation and conclusion of buy-side agreements, lease agreements, NDA
- Experience is M&A projects preferred, but not a must.
- Experience in responding to RFP, RFI or RFQ
- Hands-on experience in handling corporate secretarial compliances of privately held company in India, namely, sending of notice of board and members meeting, conducting board and members meeting, preparation of minutes of board and members meeting, incident-based and period-based filings with RoC
- Experience in compliance advisory in the field of labour laws
- Management of external litigation counsel .
