RITES Ltd. is in urgent need of dynamic and hard working professionals as under:
1. Name of the Post: Junior Manager (HR/ Personnel)
2. No of Post: 03
3. Minimum Qualification: Graduate with atleast 2 years Post Graduate MBA/ PG Diploma/ Post Graduate program in Management with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relation/ Personnel Management or MHROD
4. Minimum post - qualification experience: NIL
5. Pay Scale: Rs. 40, 000 – 1, 40, 000

2. No of Post: 01
3. Minimum Qualification: Graduate with atleast 2 years Post Graduate MBA/ PG Diploma/ Post Graduate program in Marketing
4. Minimum post - qualification experience: NIL
5. Pay Scale: Rs. 40, 000 – 1, 40, 000
Note for Educational Qualification: Candidates shall have to submit certificate issued by their Institute/ University which clearly indicates the specialization in MBA/ PG Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management. Only candidates who are able to establish their specialization as indicated above for HR/ Personnel and Marketing respectively shall only be eligible. Self declaration/ undertaking by the candidates shall not be acceptable for this purpose.
