Job Description
Junior Mechanical Engineer
- Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.
- Preparation and submittal of shop drawings and participating actively in the design and estimation of projects.
- Interpretation of As-Built Drawings and Process Drawings
- 2D drafting make part & assembly drawing AutoCAD 3D Modelling
- Impart Technical Training, Team building & Knowledge transfer
- Participate in Project discussions & Presentations with clients for AAPL
- Piping Engineering with ASME/API codes
- Support structural calculations
- Piping Isometric preparation and spool drawing preparation
- Static /Dynamic analysis of MEP/Process/Offshore piping using CAESAR II
- Surge analysis, Pump Head calculations, Static Pressure Calculations
- Acoustic. Seismic and Vibration related studies
- Closely associated with Compliance, Quality and Audit Control, and process implementation for all projects and recommendations.
