Job Description
Designation:Junior Process associate/ Process associate - Outbound/ Inbound Calling
Job Description:
- Will be primarily making Outbound calls or taking calls to process the invoice related to vendor payments, Vouchering, invoicing.
- Will have to make or take a minimum of 65 calls per day.
- Will be accountable for working through the task assigned on a weekly basis.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with the Onshore team.
- To provide daily status to the team lead on the completion of work.
- Prepared to take up additional responsibilities assigned other than the usual task.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of international voice process experience is mandatory.
- Experience in a voice process involving AP and Billing will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of basic accounting.
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- It’s for the US shift and it’s a voice process (only one side cab is provided)
