- Any Graduate and Should be all cleared – B.E / B.Tech / BBA / MBA / MCA / M.E/ B.Sc / M.Sc – 2017 / 2018 Passed Out
- Minimum 0 – 1 Years of Experience into Email Support / Chat Support
- Educating the customer about the services offered
- Rescheduling / Confirming Appointments and maintaining the accounts
- Understanding the voice tone and facilitating accordingly
- Ensuring highest standards are maintained on calls
- Maintaining Good Relationship with the clients
- Great convincing Skills
