Job Description

Junior Product Designer
Bengaluru, Karnataka   |   Full time


Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into innovative design solutions including user experience design specifications that are engaging, valuable and usable
  • Review requirements and assists in identifying various usage scenarios and underlying user and business needs
  • Contribute to proposal ideation and concept generation
  • Create user flows, user journeys, site maps, screen flows, taxonomies, wireframe specifications and other necessary documentation to communicate the recommended user experience to internal stakeholders and development teams
  • Conduct, improve designs and balance recommendations with research, analytics, usability testing, customer insights and other quantitative/qualitative insights such as design standards, technology trends, and competitor evaluations
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business team members on business cases, product requirements, development, launch, and adoption
  • Create and prepare assets for implementation by our software developers
  • Keep up to date with the latest UI design and usability trends and techniques
  • Take ownership of internal projects and see them through conclusion
  • Work seamlessly with other teams


Requirements :

  • Proficiency of English - Clear oral and written communication skills
  • A portfolio of successful UX Visual design deliverables with experience in designing desktop/web apps
  • Knowledge of Sketch or Figma or Adobe XD
  • Knowledge in UX research methods and tools
  • Experience in creating user flows, lo/hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes for Web Apps, preferably SaaS based
  • Problem-solving attitude, business acumen and a natural curiosity for how experiences come together. Using a generative approach to solve problems in the best way possible through iteration
  • Extremely proactive; take personal ownership for producing positive results
  • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with team members
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires independent self-direction with excellent time management, attention to detail and an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication
  • Brownie points for working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JS
