Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation and Record Review:
-
Assist in reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for completeness and compliance with GMP guidelines.

Maintain and update logbooks, SOPs, and QA documentation as per standard practices.

Support document control activities including issuance, retrieval, archival, and disposal of controlled records.
2. In-Process Quality Checks:
-
Observe and assist in line clearance activities for production and packaging lines.

Monitor and record in-process checks during manufacturing and ensure adherence to prescribed parameters.

Assist in identifying deviations, documenting them, and initiating necessary corrective/preventive actions.
3. Training and Learning:
-
Participate in training sessions on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), data integrity, and quality systems.

Understand and adhere to company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

Learn and support quality systems such as Change Control, Deviations, Market Complaints, and CAPA.
4. Audits and Compliance Support:

Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections (USFDA, WHO-GMP, MHRA, etc.) by ensuring proper documentation and housekeeping.

Help in audit readiness of production and QA areas by ensuring records are in place and up to date.

Cooperate with cross-functional teams during inspections and provide required data or documentation support.
5. Sample Coordination and Retention:

Support in the coordination of sample collection for analysis, stability, or retention as per SOP.

Maintain proper labeling, storage, and handling of quality control samples under QA supervision.
6. Quality Systems Monitoring:

Support senior QA executives in data logging and tracking of deviations, CAPA status, and document updates.

Maintain master copies of SOPs and ensure updates are issued in a controlled manner.
