Banaras Hindu University (BHU) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow
Project entitled: "Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Third- Generation Ovonic Materials (Glassy Semiconductors) for Phase-Change Optical Memory Applications" (P-25/375)
The candidates should have a M.Sc. degree in Physics with minimum 55% marks. Passing of NET/ GATE examination is essential qualification for JRF position. Candidates having skills in glass synthesis by melt-quench technique will be preferred.
Age Limit: The upper Age Limit is 28 Years for JRF (relatable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates).
Salary: Rs. 31,000 fixed per month
