Job Description
Applications are invited for the post of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Application is invited for following purely temporary post in DST funded at School of Environmental Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
Project entitled: “Assessment of seasonal variations in Hydrology and Cryosphere of upper Ganga basin"
Required Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (with minimum of 55% marks) in Meteorology/Glaciology/Physics/Environmental Sciences or any other related field with relevant research experience.
- The NET/GATE qualification is mandatory for application.
- The candidate having experience in High Performance Computing system, handling climate data, numerical and hydrological modelling and computer skills with additional experience in climate data visualization tools will be given preference.
Emoluments: 25000+30% HRA (as of now).
