• Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates (Women) for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the DST-SERB sponsored project entitled, “Lead-free Piezoelectrics for High-temperature Electromechanical Applications” in the Department of Physics, Banasthali Vidyapith, Banasthali, Rajasthan-304022.
  
• Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
  
• Duration: 3 years
  
• Fellowship: Rs. 25000/month for 1st & 2nd Year; Rs. 28000/month for 3rd Year (+HRA, if Hostel accommodation is not available) as per DST norms.
  
• Essential qualification: Master degree in Science or Technology (Physics/Chemistry/Electronics/Materials Science/Nanotechnology) or equivalent.
  
• Desirable qualification/experiences: (i) Qualified NET-JRF/GATE/JAM/JEST/AICTE or any other national level examination, (ii) Experience in ceramics processing and thin film deposition, (iii) Knowledge of simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, COMSOL, LaTex)

General terms & conditions: (i) The shortlisted candidates shall be called for personal interview to be scheduled tentatively in the 4th week of November 2018. Candidates shortlisted for interview must bring their original documents. (ii) No TA/DA will be provided to the shortlisted candidates for attending interview/at the time of joining. (iii) The above fellowship is purely temporary and will terminate automatically based on the tenure of the project. (iv) The selected candidates may be registered for Ph. D program as per Vidyapith’s rule.
