Indian Institute of Technology BHU Varanasi (IIT BHU) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow
Number of Position(s): One (1)
Duration of the Position: One year. Extendable on performance basis
Emoluments: Rs. 31,000 + HRA @ 16 % per month
Educational Qualification:
(i) B.E./B.Tech., with minimum of 55% marks in Electronics and Communication Engineering and having valid GATE score. (or)
(ii) M.E./M.Tech., in RF & Microwave Engineering with minimum of 55% marks and GATE qualified.
(iii) Experience in the area of RF and Microwave Engineering and related field is desirable.
Age Limit: Upper Age limit as on the last date of application 28 years. Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India (GoI) rules.
