Project: “Rejuvenation of Spring-fed Streams in Mid-Himalayan Basin using Spring Sanctuary Concept”
Junior Research Fellow/Junior Project fellow/01 Post
Qualification:
First class in Master degree in (M.Sc/M.Tech/M.E/ other relevant) in Earth Sciences/ Remote Sensing & GIS/ Civil Engg./Water resources/Agriculture with soil and water conservation/Geoinformatics/Geology or Science or
BE/B.Tech in Civil/ Water resource engineering/Hydrology with knowledge of MATLAB
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidate having experience/ knowledge of watershed management/ hydrological simulation modelling for rainfall-runoff, SWAT or similar hydrological model/ Remote sensing & GIS, water Resource management, computer programming
Salary:
Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 31,000 +HRA pm for Net /GATE qualified
Junior Project fellow: Rs. 16,000 +HRA pm For Non NETJPF
Field Assistant/02 Post
Qualification: Graduation from the recognized university or Intermediate (10+2)
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidate having experience, strong interest and background in field surveying, field equipment and hydrologic intstrumentation, hydrological data collection and analysis as well as in computer
Salary: Rs. 10,000+ 8% HRA (for graduate) and Rs. 7000+8% HRA (for Intermediate )
Age Limit: 28 years for JRF & 35 years for field Assistant: Relaxation for SC/ST/Women/PH/and OBC as per Govt. of India norms.
