Junior Research Fellow/ Research Project Assistant recruitment in University of Calcutta

Project Title :
“Formulation of Stimuli Responsive Artificial Light Harvesting Systems”

Qualification required: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Biochemistry with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade). Additional qualifications for JRF: NET/GATE qualification. In case a suitable candidate with the NET/GATE qualification is not found, candidates with M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Biochemistry may be appointed as PA if found suitable. Preference will be given to the academically excellent candidates with experience in nanomaterials and bio-molecules.

Age: 28 years

Remuneration:
1) For JRF Rs. 25000/- per month + admissible allowance as per the University and funding agency norms. 2) For PA: Consolidated pay of Rs. 18000/- per month

Tenure:
Initial appointment will be given for one (1) year and is subjected to extendable based on performance and availability of grant
