Title of The Project Development of Content-Based Image Filtering Approach to Prevent Objectionable Image Retrieval from the Internet
Tenure of Project 36 Months or till the end of project, whichever is earlier
Job Description : To develop prototype model, and to perform simulation related to the project theme. To write draft reports, manuscripts, patents, etc.
Essential Qualification - For SRF position: BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE with at least 7.00 CGPA or 65% marks, qualified NET/GATE score, one publication in SCI/SCIE Journal, and should have completed at least two years of post BE/B.Tech research experience; OR ME/M.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE with at least 7.00 CGPA or 65% marks, and qualified NET/GATE score
For JRF position: BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE with at least 7.00 CGPA or 65% marks, and NET/GATE score.
Desirable Qualification: Basic understanding of Image Processing, and Machine Learning, The candidate having programming knowledge in MATLAB/Python.
Fellowship: SRF: 35000/- per month as per CSIR guidelines JRF: 31000/- per month as per CSIR guidelines
Age Limit: For JRF position the upper age limit is 28 years at the time of appointment (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per GOI rules), For SRF position the upper age limit is 32 years at the time of appointment (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per GOI rules)
