Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
The customer satisfaction should be not less than 80% in the excellent category, failing which, it will be viewed very seriously and in case of very bad results, it may result to a proportionate deduction from the Payable reimbursement.
In no case the total outgoing should exceed the revenue generation of the unit which you are in command. If it happens, then the salary and other Reimbursement will be done as per priority as per the funds available.
Your target will be the total sale of food/restaurant bill should be 50% of the total revenue generated at the resort in a particular month.

UG/ Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
