Job Description

a. The Employee shall be responsible for the following major job roles

i. Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster

ii. Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice

iii. Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual customer

iv. Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures

v. To attend the doctor s prescription at the sales counter and advise the dosage of medicines to the patients

vi. Removal of items on or before 3 months of expiry date

vii. Sorting and set in order

viii. FIFO

ix. Identifying and flagging minimum or zero stocks with pink sticker

x. Self-audit and coordinating with external audit

xi. Complete awareness about all the items in the respective and side by two racks too

xii. Daily practice and to develop Ability to pick up items within 10sec

xiii. Collecting and placing items strictly as per Index. Check for expiry

xiv. Identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory and making recommendations for disposal or clearance.

xv. Removal of items on or before 3 months of expiry date
