Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department by helping to generate leads, meet prospective clients or customers, follow up on inquiries, and assist in closing deals under the guidance of senior sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, telecalling, referrals, and online platforms.

Understand customer needs and explain relevant products/services accordingly.

Maintain a list of prospective customers and update records regularly.
2. Sales & Customer Interaction

Assist in conducting sales visits and product demonstrations.

Follow up with leads and inquiries generated through marketing or referrals.

Help prepare basic sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with senior executives to provide solutions.

Ensure timely follow-up and after-sales support when required.
4. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain records of daily calls, meetings, and lead status in CRM or Excel.

Submit sales reports to the sales manager or team lead on a regular basis.

Document customer interactions and keep track of feedback for improvement.
5. Sales Coordination
-
Support the team in executing campaigns, offers, and on-ground sales activities.

Coordinate with the back-office team for billing, delivery, or documentation needs.

Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, or product launches.
