Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Baner, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct site visits and property showings.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

0–2 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred, but freshers are welcome).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
