We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior/Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Chevella, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction, with hands-on experience in managing and executing projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Design & Planning: Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Site Supervision: Supervise construction activities at the site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Engineering Calculations: Conduct engineering calculations and simulations for structural, geotechnical, and infrastructural aspects of the project.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards in project construction and design.
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Assist in preparing project budgets, conducting cost estimations, and tracking expenses to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of design, construction, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential design and construction issues, offer solutions, and work to resolve challenges promptly.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet the required safety standards and government regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech/M.S. preferred for Senior Engineers)
- Experience:
- Junior Engineer: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering.
- Senior Engineer: 6-10 years of experience with a proven track record of managing civil engineering projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in handling both residential and commercial construction projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and environmental impact assessments is desirable.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in site management and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
