DESIGNATION: JUNIOR/SENIOR EXECUTIVE
WORK TIMING: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM 
WORK DAYS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (TUESDAY WEEK OFF)
Job Description:
• Good Communication skills in English
• Cold Calling, customer interactions
• Native speaker of Tamil
• Minimum 0-5+ years of experience
• Nearby locations candidates preferred in around 5 to 10kms )
• Preferred any industry

  • Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
