Position : Junior / Senior / Lead IT Technical Recruiter
Job Description:
Ø Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct/MSP Clients/ State Clients/ in the US
Ø Understanding of Health Care, Life sciences, Banking/financials, ecommerce/retails domain clients.
Ø Good understanding of Visas.
Ø Strong and positive communications skills required.
Ø Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement and full time / permanent placement.
Ø Dealing with the pay rate tax terms like C2C, 1099 and W2 based consultants.
Ø Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
Ø End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates
Ø Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references etc.
Ø Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Ø Conducting 1st round of interview to check communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
Ø Strong understanding on H1B visas.
Ø Build & sustain the network of potential candidates
Ø Aggressive in Negotiation
Ø Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Candidates.
Minimum required experience:
Ø 1 year to 2 Years’ experience for US IT recruiter & minimum 5-7 Years US IT Recruitment experience for Team Lead. (If not having Lead experience then look for Senior 5+ years Recruiters.)
Ø Basic Understanding of IT Jobs.
Ø Strong Knowledge of Boolean search/finding keywords.
Ø Highly skilled in negotiations.
Ø Working experience on SI (system integrator Clients)
Ø Clients : Direct/MSP/States/Federal OR /Prime Vendors.
Ø Basic knowledge of Visas.
Ø Knowledge of TAX terms.
Ø Working experience on any of mentioned ATS (Job Diva, Ceipal, Bull-Horn, Recruiter Box, Jobvite)
Ø Working experience on Job Portals. (Dice, CB, Monster, Indeed, TechFetch)
Ø Strong communication skills required.
