Job Summary:
We are hiring Junior Site Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering disciplines to support our on-site project execution activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in site operations, construction supervision, and coordination under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers.
The ideal candidate should be technically sound, eager to learn, willing to work on-site, and capable of taking responsibility for assisting in all aspects of construction and installation tasks related to their engineering discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising and executing site work as per project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.

Support the senior site engineer in managing daily site activities.

Monitor work progress and help in maintaining schedules.
-
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers on site to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain proper documentation of daily work, material usage, and site records.
-
Conduct basic quality checks and report discrepancies to the concerned authority.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and help maintain a safe working environment.

Participate in daily site meetings and report to site engineer/project manager.
Specific Responsibilities:
Civil:
-
Assist in the execution of civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, and structural work.

Understand and interpret construction drawings and civil layouts.
-
Help with setting out, leveling, and surveying at the site.
-
Monitor construction materials like concrete, bricks, and steel on site.
Electrical:
-
Assist in laying cables, installation of panels, distribution boards, lighting systems, and earthing.

Help with basic testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

Understand and interpret single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and electrical layout plans.

Ensure proper connection, safety tagging, and labeling of equipment.
Mechanical:

Support installation of mechanical systems such as pumps, HVAC ducts, fire-fighting pipelines, valves, and equipment.

Understand mechanical drawings and piping layouts.

Assist in site fabrication, erection, and alignment works.

Help in pressure testing and system inspections under supervision.
Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read engineering drawings and site layout plans.

Basic understanding of construction site procedures and materials.

Familiarity with safety regulations and site working standards.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (basic level), or any other engineering software relevant to the discipline.

Strong willingness to work on-site and adapt to field conditions.

Good communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Marathi/Tamil etc. depending on the site).

Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
