Jr. Developer (Night Shift)

Job roles/responsibilities:
* Develop application as per the instructions and guidance from senior developers
* Provide Level 1 support during US hours to handle requests, issue fixes and follow escalation matrix
* Coordinate with developers during US hours to fix any EMERGENCY or critical issues.
* Should possess good self-learning abilities and should always thrive to learn new technologies
* Should take responsibility for the tasks assigned and deliver it on time with the highest quality.
* Should convey project or task status to leads/mentors on time with quality.
Compensation details:
* First 3 months - internship. 12k (no deductions) per month will be the stipend.
* Next 6 months - Probation. 18.5k(there will be deductions for PF, TDS, etc.,) per month will be the salary.
* Only after successful completion of the probation period, your job offer will get confirmed (Salary revision will be done during the regular pay revision cycle as per company's policy. No immediate after probation).
Working hours:
* During internship and probation, all Saturdays will be working days except the second Saturday of every month.
* Night shift - Mon - Fri - 9 pm to 7 am
Work from home:
During COVID-19 the situation, until the organization feels that it is completely safe, you will be expected to work from home. 
You will be given 10 days’ time to relocate to Bangalore once the situation improves. HR will send the communication on this later.
