There would be 6-9 months training period initially for Freshers , where the candidate has to prove his / her metal.

• There should be some form of knowledge in any Object Oriented Language , JAVA preferred.
• The project undergone should be clearly mentioned in resume.
• Good English Communication Skills is Must
