A candidate considered for this role will have 

The role you will play

• Understand the requirement (high level and detail) based on which you are to develop your application.
• Develop and manage code blocks and modules assigned to you
• Work closely with your team and team leader to ensure the quality of every deliverable assigned to you.
• Gain an understanding of the application (functionally and architecturally) you are working in and the domain it is developed for.
• Thoroughly unit test the code set assigned to you, so that it does not require subsequent quality checks when it is being integrated with the rest of the application.
• Upskill in areas such as estimation, documentation, and communication.
• Adhere to the methods and processes used as a company standard.
