Job Title: Junior Software Sales Executive Fresher
Department: Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the company’s software products and services
- Identify potential customers through research, cold calls, emails, and social media
- Assist in lead generation, qualification, and setting up sales meetings
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients (training provided)
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, calls, and follow-ups
- Support senior sales executives in deal closures and customer onboarding
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the software/tech sales domain
- Confidence in engaging with clients over calls and virtual meetings
- Basic understanding of software and technology is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
