About the Company:

The client for which we are hiring is a Chinese Internet technology company headquartered in Beijing. 

· Designation: Junior Subject Matter Expert

· Tutors required. Full-timers ( 10 AM to 7 PM job timings)

· Salary:  3-4 LPA

· Experience: Freshers (0-2 yrs. experience)

· Qualification:Graduate(Btech preferred)

· Job Location:  Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

· No age parameters

Requirements:

· Strong academic background, defined as Senior Secondary(10+2) >60%, graduation >60%

· Deep expertise in relevant subject matter including comfort with academic content taught in Class 11/12 CBSE board + competitive examinations (Eg: JEE Mains/Advance)

· Strong presentation skills and clear communication ability

· Engineering student, excellent problem-solving skills, relatively fixed working hours, able to write and communicate in English or Hindi 

Role & Responsibility:  

1. Production of video and graphic content in accordance with

content standards and processes 

2. Developing and writing academic content for printed materials,

e-learning, and course media to meet project specifications and deadlines. 

3. Authoring subject solutions, on advanced questions 

4. Online tutoring on various concepts, questions posted from

students abroad.

 5. Online answering of questions posted by students abroad 

6. Giving and receiving constructive feedback

Interview Process: 

Step 1: Sharing resume with Hiring Manager

Step 2: Shortlisted candidates have to share demo video (a particular subject he/she applies for) 

Step 3: If resume & demo video is qualified, we will share test link of the assigned subject;

Step 4: If resume & demo & test all good, the person is shortlisted
