TATA ELECTRONICS – JUNIOR TECHNICIAN

Position: Junior Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production/manufacturing equipment.

• Support assembly, inspection and packaging of electronic components.

• Perform basic machine/equipment checks and report abnormalities.

• Identify defects or process issues and inform the supervisor.

• Follow SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the production floor.

• Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.

• Handle electronic components and equipment carefully.

• Assist technicians and engineers in basic troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

• Maintain proper quality and production records.

• Follow company safety, hygiene and process standards.

• Work effectively as part of a production team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant manufacturing experience can be considered.

• Basic knowledge of electronics/manufacturing processes.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Good discipline, teamwork and learning attitude.
