Academic Qualification Mandatory Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.

Desirable:

M.Tech/ MBA are additional desirable qualifications.

Work Experience Officers having a total post qualification work experience of not less than 10 years, working in Central Government Public Works organizations or PSU's following CPWD works procedure having rank not less than Assistant Executive Engineer/ equivalent with pay scale not less than Level 10 (7th CPC)/ E4 in CPSE.

Officers from the Engineering Departments of Kerala have a rank not less than Executive Engineer with adequate exposure to quality management functions.

Job Description 1. Performing all filed level activities including planned examinations and surprise inspections.

2. Assist Chief Project Examiner in administrative, documentation, and related activities.

3. Organize engineering capacity-building programs for the engineers of KIIFB and SPVs.

4. Assist CPE in the performance evaluation of SPVs.

5. Status of Deputy Chief Engineer in Govt of Kerala.

Method of Appointment Deputation for 3 years. (further extendable based on requirement)
