The Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (KSIDC), a premier Public Sector Undertaking in Kerala engaged in industrial & investment promotion, project financing & facilitation, development of industrial infrastructure & parks, development of mega projects, spearheading entrepreneurship development initiatives of GoK, nodal agency for implementing EODB initiatives, nodal agency for implementing the Waste to Energy projects etc.
i. Invites application from qualified and competent candidates for appointment to the post of Assistant Manager. It is a special recruitment drive for qualified and competent candidates belonging to ST/OBC for filling up the vacant positions of Asst Manager cadre. The details are given below

4. Qualification:
First class degree in Engineering in any discipline plus First-class MBA from reputed institution (The requirement of first class at the graduation level is relaxed for ST). Candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be able to work in a computerized environment.
5. Experience: Candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of post-qualification work experience in Project Appraisal, Investment Promotion, Business Development, Civil Construction and related Engineering field
6. Scale of pay: 45800-1100-48000-1200-54000-1350-59400-1500-65400-1650-72000- 1800-81000-2000-89000, plus DA, HRA, CPF, leave surrender, medical reimbursement, conveyance allowance etc. as per the rules of the Corporation
7. Location: The selected candidates will be liable to be posted at any of the departments/ division (Branches/ Parks/ Industrial Growth Centers of KSIDC) across Kerala in which the Corporation is interested.
Age Limit:
Age should not exceed 28 years as on 01.11.2021. In the case of ST candidates there will be further relaxation of 3 years. For persons holding higher work experience, age limit can be relaxed up to two years
