4. Qualification: B. Tech (Civil) - First class

5. Experience: Experience in execution of Civil Works; Minimum 3 years post qualification experience and out of which minimum 2 years site experience

6. Consolidated pay: Rs. 40,000/- per month

7. Duties: Include preparation of estimate for various civil and other related works, preparation of tender documents of infrastructure works ,monitoring the execution of infrastructure works, quality control of infrastructure works, vetting the estimates and statements prepared by the consultants, preparation of work bill post measurements, verification & recommendation of bills for payment, designing schemes for infrastructure development activities, valuation of buildings and other connected activities ,Liasioning with the local body and other Govt. representative ,assist in surveying and allotment of plots to entrepreneurs etc

8. Location: Kochi/ Cherthala (The selected candidate will be liable to be posted at any of the Parks/Branches of KSIDC, across Kerala in which the Corporation is interested)
